Welcome to Self Sustaining: an exploration of wellness and self care.  I'm excited to go on this journey together and look forward to supporting you as you discover the self care strategies that create the biggest impact for you.  Let's lay out the framework for the next 4 weeks and talk about how we'll work together.

Week One: Hydration

February 08, 2018

Let's start with our first small shift, improving hydration.  Increasing our water intake has many benefits on our health and wellbeing.  We'll also talk about anchoring practices as a pause to steady ourselves.

Week Two: Nutrition

February 16, 2018

Our second small shift will be noticing how our body feels in response to a variety of foods.  We'll experiment with breakfast to see if we can find the right combination of foods to find our calm.

Week Three: Movement

February 21, 2018

This week we are working on movement from a perspective of devotion and discernment.  We'll look at patterns from our past and use them as a guide for setting small goals.

Week Four: Resilience

March 21, 2018

Our fourth shift will focus on noticing our patterns of stress response by taking an inventory, experiment with limbic calming strategies, and focus on finding a mindfulness practice that works for each of us.

March 27, 2018

Take a moment to recognize and celebrate the shifts you've made, especially the subtlest changes in habits and self awareness.
