Meet Jennifer

Jennifer is an experienced teacher, trainer, and mentor.  With an MA in Education, and certifications in both yoga and wellness education, Jennifer is committed to a holistic approach, helping  others cultivate self care and compassion through yoga, mediation, and 

improved wellbeing. 

New to yoga and need support 

getting started?  I've been practicing for over 20 years and have found ease and steadiness through my time on my mat.  Let's work together to build a yoga program for where you are today.
